Come be a part Backstage in Bancroft Plays. Our first play is "Arsenic and Old Lace." We will be performing in dinner theater at The Main Street Pub and Grill in Bancroft on Thursday and Friday, August 18 and 19.
Auditions for the play will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, May 25 and 26 in Bancroft, from 6:30 PM until 9 PM at the South Room of the Main Street Pub and Grill in Bancroft.
Anyone interested in acting in the play or helping in any other way is invited to attend. Actors may read for a certain part or just read and allow the play leaders to put them in a fitting role. You may read from a script, read from something you are familiar with, or show your acting ability in another way.
Extemporaneous situations and improvisations may also be used in thr tryouts. Please come be a part of this fun community experience. Parts are open to all who are interested, no matter where they live in Kossuth County or elsewhere.
